You design the further development of processes and standards in integral planning and implement innovative approaches. In the role of team management (m/w/d), you take over the leadership of an interdisciplinary planning team and design the integral execution planning of our construction projects. You are the central contact person for sales and branches, responsible for the quality and efficiency of the planning processes and develop your team strategically.

In this key position, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals and manage complex construction projects together. You introduce your technical expertise, promote talents, give structure and orientation and live cooperation. You take over the independent management and coordination of complex construction projects – from the concept phase to the execution planning. Make sure that all technical requirements are met and the project objectives are met You design efficient processes in the field of structural design and concrete construction. Through your structured operation, you will ensure smooth processes and timely results You are the central interface to external engineering offices and take over their technical control. Ensure quality, efficiency and compliance with all standards Developing in close coordination with colleagues from architecture, TGA and other fields of integral planning You comprehensive solutions for our projects With your team, you develop the best structural solutions for our projects, perform precise static calculations and take over the quantity determination and testing of concrete and steel components. Complete study of civil engineering, direction of development of constructive engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the production of static calculations in high and industrial construction, experiences in the coordination of raw construction planning and a strong interest in the overall project process Creativity and fun in interdisciplinary project management and coordination, combined with the view over the edge of the plate to specialist disciplines such as fire protection, TGA, basic construction etc. Leadership and experience in managing teams as well as managing external partners Safe handling of relevant standards, guidelines and calculation software Embossed communication skills, organisational talent and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Solution-oriented thinking, sense of responsibility and the ability to manage complex projects structuredly
