Senior IT Consultant (m/f/d)

Our team designs and supports the IT applications of our customers in the field of public administration. For new and ongoing projects, we need the support of a senior IT consultant. In our Mainz office or partly from mobile work, you analyze customer requirements and develop processes together with our team and customers. You model business processes, create user-stories or the technical concept, prepare the technical requirements of cutting points and visualize everything with suitable methods and tools. You support quality assurance and accompany the customer during the acceptance tests.

You are able to process abstract information and have a very analytical mindset. In addition, you have a pronounced customer orientation, coupled with a high level of consulting and communication skills – always at eye level with our customers. In addition, you have the necessary soft skills for your tasks, in particular a good enforcement capability and a strong team capability.

In addition, you have the following knowledge and experience: You have completed a study of (economic) computer science, a natural science course or similar training. You have at best at least five years of professional experience in the field of software development, in particular in the areas of request management (IREB o.A.) and process modelling (UML / BPMN). You have an appearance that is convincing and binding on different stakeholders. You work autonomously and are able to understand complex topics. Your profile is rounded off with knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
