Oversight of compliance with the Kirchliche Güterverwaltungsgesetz für den nrw-Anteil des Bistums Münster -KVVG-, in particular in matters of joint construction measures Consultation and accompaniment in quality assurance regarding the architectural, content, technical, functional, economic and ecological claim of ecclesiastical construction Consultation and accompaniment of the parishes as well as project management for new construction and renovation measures Consultation and accompaniment of the parishes in the development of sustainable land and building concepts Competition preparation and accompaniment of architectural competitions Creation of analyses in terms of construction and maintenance Consultation, examination and approval of contracts under HOAI Development of expert opinions on land use plans and construction plans of municipalities and circles as a carrier of public concerns Preparing and carrying out training of the main and volunteers in the parishes

a completed study (architecture) and multiannual experience in project management of construction projects Self-working and sense of responsibility Safe appearance and high team-oriented performance Knowledge of the application of HOAI, VOB, BauGB, BauO NRW Experience in the handling of monuments, good material engineering, structural design and historical knowledge Experience in the planning of sustainable buildings as well as energy and cost-conscious action good design and performing skills well-founded experience in handling MS-Office products Experience in evaluating and solving demographic problems Ready for external service a high level of initiative, negotiation skills and enforcement Team, organizational and communication skills, resilience and flexibility

Remuneration is carried out according to the pay group 12 of the Church Employment and Remuneration Regulation (KAVO) and, depending on the professional experience, is currently between EUR 4.295.43 and EUR 6.712.24 gross at a full-time job.
