Our PreMaster program offers you the unique opportunity to actively shape the international production network for power electronics. Here you take responsibility from day one, drive optimizations and connect locations worldwide. During the program, you coordinate the locations of our International Production Network (IPN) for power electronics in China, Hungary, Romania and other countries. You follow and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) within the IPN to uncover optimization potentials and enable data-based decisions. In addition, you actively support the IPN planning processes, from location concepts to technical capacities to investment. You lead concrete improvement projects in the International Production Network and promote their successful implementation. Last but not least, you promote cross-site cooperation and identify synergies through the mutual exchange of best practices.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in the field of economic engineering, engineering (with specialization of automotive or manufacturing technology), business administration or comparable and concrete intention to start a master's degree Experiences and know-how: first experience in the production environment, ideally in large-scale automotive production, through participation in production optimization projects; international experience; detectable experience in in interdisciplinary cooperation for the raising of synergies; knowledge of production processes, lean management or Six Sigma; experience in handling key performance indicators (KPIs); Confidence with software tools for data analysis, project management and communication (e.g. MS Office, ERP systems, PowerBI/Tableau); basic understanding of power electronics and their applications Personality and working methods: you manage to infiltrate complex data and make informed decisions; you show sensitivity and understanding of cultural differences to work effectively with international teams; you go proactive challenges and develop creative solutions Working day: willingness to attend occasional business trips Enthusiasm: for the automotive industry and electrification Languages: English, German, Chinese, Hungarian, Spanish or Romanian language skills
