In order to strengthen our team in the real estate and facility management department at the Leonberg site, we are looking for an experienced and committed project manager (m/w/d)

Planning, control and monitoring of new construction projects, refurbishment and energy optimization Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders such as users, authorities, planners, suppliers and subcontractors Creation and updating of dates, cost and quality plans and risk analyses Control of services and supplements incl. Audit of accounts Monitoring of deficiencies Ensuring compliance with contractual conditions, technical standards and legal regulations Identification and implementation of optimization potentials and solutions for deviations or conflicts

You have an engineering degree (construction or architecture) or a completed training with qualification as a technician or master with relevant expertise and multiannual professional experience in a comparable position A good knowledge of the applicable statutory regulations in construction High initiative and ability to think strategically and to work conceptually Sovereign handling of common IT user programs (MS Office) as well as specialist IT systems Examination, negotiation skills and communication strength Responsibility, loyalty and team skills Driving class B and if required
