Development of forward-looking products and concepts for the German and international market taking into account the current nutrition trends and the valid laws. Implementation of new production technologies together with the production plants and further development of existing production processes. Strategic adjustment of existing recipes. Creation and testing of food-related declaration elements. Recipe and List Management (SAP) and Guided Documents. Planning and execution of regular tastings in a variety of participants. Monitoring of initial production and regular monitoring of foreign production in Germany and abroad. Working with the implementation of internal & external audits.

Successfully completed studies in the field of food technology, food processing technology, food chemistry or oecotrophology. We are also pleased with applications with completed vocational training (kitchen, laboratory, quality management) and a specialist training, ideally with a successful study. Funded know-how in the development of products, preferably in the food industry. First experiences in the field of legal assessment of declaration elements. Very good MS Office knowledge and experience in handling SAP. High flexibility and creativity, pleasure in teamwork, very good communication skills. readiness to travel within Germany and Europe. Good knowledge of English, very good knowledge of German.
