Customer Support Technician (m/f/d)

You carry out training at our OEM customers to ensure compliance with the requirements from operating instructions You are also responsible for introducing new products to OEM customers – from training of assembly steps to testing You analyze the value chain of our OEM customers along the product Your tasks include recording, feedback and documentation of findings from OEM requests In addition, create concepts for improving product-related assembly steps and implement them Also, testing and commissioning of special applications at OEM is one of your tasks

You have completed training as a technical specialist in electrical engineering or comparable, alternatively a technical training with multi-year relevant professional experience You convince with exceptional customer and service orientation Embossed analytical skills and a systematic approach are the key to You have experience in moderation and with various moderation techniques You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing A high international readiness (about 50%) complete your profile
