For many years, the Vivo House has been synonymous with innovative and high-quality extraclinical intensive care. As the first off-clinical respiration centre in Germany, the institution combines medical and nursing expertise with the aim of enabling its residents to live as self-determined as possible in a professional and value-adding environment. For this client, conQuaesso is looking for a nursing director (w/m/d) at the next time in Wuppertal

With your participative leadership, you take responsibility for the House of Vivo as a nursing director and actively participate in this cooperation. Due to your strong communication strength, you are the central contact person for residents, relatives, employees and external partners and coordinate interdisciplinary cooperation. Based on your leadership experience, you will continuously support and develop employees, promote a value-adding team culture and advance the sustainable development and development of powerful structures. With your quality awareness, you will ensure professionally high-quality care and compliance with relevant quality standards and documentation requirements. Highly organised, coordinate the reception and occupancy management and contribute to the service and holiday planning.

You have a state-recognized exam in nursing as well as several years of professional experience and have successfully completed a specialist training in intensive care, anaesthesia or as a nurse for extraclinical respiration. You have a training course for nursing or a comparable qualification. You are convinced by a pronounced care professional expertise and a clear, value-adding and participative leadership style. You are characterised by a sense of responsibility, empathy and teamwork as well as by innovative strength and joy in change and development processes. You show a high willingness to continue professional and personal development and bring the motivation to actively take on operational activities.
