Your tasks with us: Heading and strategic development: You are managing and coordinating the unit with currently two employees. You develop the waste management concept, cooperate with the implementation of legal framework conditions and maintain network work with cities and communities. You develop waste consulting conceptually and digitize processes through the targeted use of software. You support the official/operating management and represent it as needed.

Finance and Controlling: You are responsible for financial accounting, economic plan, interim financial statements, financial statements and fee calculation. You develop control tools and supervise tax issues and audits of external authorities.

Committee work and representation: You prepare draft resolutions and agenda items for the municipal bodies and accompany them in meetings. You take part in meetings and executive meetings and represent the AWB to cities, communities and other partners.

procurement, procurement and property management: You undertake the planning, coordination and implementation of procurement procedures and procurement projects. You are responsible for insurance management as well as the maintenance of lease/ lease contracts and additional charges of the property.

Take this with you: Your qualification: A career qualification for the advanced non-technical administration service, a completed degree as an entrepreneur, Bachelor of Arts Public Management with focus on business and finance or comparable degree program.

Your knowledge and experience: Insufficient practice and expertise in financial/bailance accounting and tax law. First management experience as well as knowledge in waste, contract and contract law are of advantage. Driving license class B.

Your personal strengths: Analytical thinking and conceptual approach as well as sound decision preparation in complex situations. Clear, convincing communication with the team, executives, service providers and other business and network partners. Active participation of changes and flexibility for appointments outside regular working hours.
