You analyse and evaluate contract risks taking into account applicable legal standards and develop sound strategies to minimise potential risks. You conduct demanding contract negotiations with clients, suppliers and subcontractors and represent the interests of our company with legal expertise and enforcement capability.
Successfully completed studies in the field of international construction, construction and architectural law or economic law or a comparable qualification and multi-year professional experience in contract management Knowledge of national and international contract law and experience in the construction and service sector knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other European foreign languages are advantageous Impressed communication and negotiation strength as well as the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner High flexibility and readiness for regular service trips in Germany and abroad
