Your new tasks

• You secure the quality standards and work with the continuous improvement processes
• The implementation and management of quality circles, case meetings and participation in care and employee visas are also part of your tasks
• You advise and train employees on quality topics
• You make a room-oriented, individual basic and treatment care safe
• You are documenting and judging the implementation and effect of care measures continuously and understandably
• You are contact for residents, customers and relatives

• You have a state-recognized training for the nursing professional, nurse/career, nursing caregiver or nurse/career
• You have at least two years of professional experience as a nurse (m/w/d)
• You have a further education to/from the Quality Representative or bring the willingness to complete it
• You enjoy dealing with people in need of care
• With your empathic and responsible way, you spread a positive feeling among the residents
