A theoretical study is too dry for you? During your practice phases, we will take you to our company. You can get to know interesting topics in the fields of money and investment, as well as cash intake and insurance services. You will also learn how to analyze private and corporate customer needs. You start your studies on August 1st and switch between practical phases with us in the company and theoretical blocks at the university. Special and targeted in-house seminars help you successfully complete your studies. You can actively, independently and flexibly plan your bets. You can expect that from your studies: An exciting study at Welfen-Akademie e. V. in Braunschweig in the field of Business Administration (BWL) with contents such as the foundations of general BWL, marketing, corporate management and human resources management (money theory, accounting and financial processes). Money or investment, possibilities of money collection and personal or property insurance are also contents of the basic study. You have at least the specialized high school and at least sufficient grades in the main subjects German and English. You get an NC of 2.5 on your last two school certificates and have at least satisfactory grades in mathematics. Maths or business were your favorite subjects at school. You want to know how the economy and large companies work and make your interest a profession. You want to do something, try something new and learn from the experiences of others. You will receive an attractive training allowance of over 1.350 euros per month for a weekly working time of 35 hours and 30 days of holiday per year. Of course, we will take your tuition fees.
