Responsible and comprehensive supervision of our gaming halls in your area Regular personal presence in the games halls on site Selection, recruitment and support of your employees in cooperation with the departments Trustful and team-oriented employee management and motivation of your employees Implementation and ensuring our corporate standards and legal provisions

At least three years of experience in staff management for at least 100 employees Professional experience in gastronomy, services or retail Experience in field services Completed commercial vocational training or comparable studies High team capacity, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to efficiently use design spaces Target-oriented and organised mode of operation, high commitment as well as safe, professional appearance Travel readiness and time flexibility and driving licence (class B)
