(Senior) Controller - Focus Marketing & Online (m/f/d)

Acting as a Finance Business Partner, you support the CUSTOMER function, including Central Marketing, Pricing, Loyalty (e.g. Friends programs), and Omnichannel Excellence with a strong focus on online shops You ensure end-to-end financial steering and transparency, while supporting and constructively challenging through data-driven insights Planning, forecasting, month-end closing reporting and performance analysis across marketing and digital channels are driven by you, with a clear focus on ROI and efficiency improvements You take ownership of KPIs, reporting structures and the monitoring of marketing donation on group level, pricing strategies, and loyalty economics Close collaboration with cross-functional teams and proactive identification of risks and opportunities are part of your role

You bring relevant experience in controlling, ideally within a marketing, digital, or e-commerce environment A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field forms your academic background Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights distinguish you You have gained initial know-how with SAP applications (SAP FI, SAP AfO, SAC) Experience in business partnershiping or working closely with stakeholders is a plus A high affinity for digital business models and omnichannel environments, along with solid Excel/BI skills, is part of your toolkit You are fluent in German and English
