At the SOS Children's Village of Schleswig-Holstein, we are looking for an educator/healer education teacher (m/w/d) as a team coordination for the toddler's group in permanent employment, full-time or part-time (min. 30 - max. 38.5 hours/Where.) Your task: Our toddler group offers six children aged three to nine years of age a home in time – a safe place where they arrive, trust and understand their world by piece. Based on a stable relationship, you can help them manage their everyday life, develop new skills and build trust in themselves and their environment ✓ Pedagogical responsibility in the team: As part of our multi-professional team, you will design the daily processes together with your colleagues, promote individual development processes and create an atmosphere in which the children feel safe and secure ✓ Coordinating tasks in team work: In your role as team coordination, you support the structuring and organization of group events.
