Description As a master of science in the process management study program, with the focus on “Technical Processes” you support us in the field of “Business Digital Office” in digitizing customer processes and implementing international IT projects. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers as well as lecturers at the Technical University of Mittelhessen (THM, Wetzlar site) teach you theoretical knowledge while collecting your practical experience in the company.

• You work in a team on strategically relevant and international IT projects and business process concepts focusing on sales andamp; Marketing.
• You will design the global template development and rollout planning of IT projects in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• In addition, you support various sales and service functions in the context of controlling and improving IT business processes and consolidating the CRM tool landscape worldwide.
• In doing so, you will put the main focus of the study subjects into practice.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Digital Media or Similar
• Experiences and know-how: first experience in IT project management, CRM and process management in sales processes based on SAP/MS/Salesforce or other CRM solutions desirable
• Personality and mode of operation: you are strong in communication and safe in appearance in an international environment; you adapt flexibly to new requirements, inspire for new topics, work team-oriented and always take responsibility
• Enthusiasm: Affinity for IT and work with customers
• Languages: very good German and English skills
