In our clinic for orthopaedic and rheumatological rehabilitation and in our clinic for oncological rehabilitation, we accompany more than 12,000 patients each year together in a stationary or outpatient manner with modern therapies and with a motivated team of doctors, therapists and nurses. With the extension to the neurological rehabilitation we will soon go new ways.

You coordinate and accompany the quality management processes in your area of responsibility and participate in defining, implementing and evaluating quality objectives You plan and accompany internal audits, conduct improvements together with those responsible, and pursue their sustainable implementation You advise managers, process managers and employees in the design and optimization of processes and promote quality-oriented, cross-disciplinary cooperation You support error, risk and improvement management, moderate quality circles if required and contribute to a constructive learning and security culture Together with the controllers, you ensure structured document steering and transparent communication of quality-relevant specifications and changes You participate in QM-Gremien and interdisciplinary projects and provide impulses for the continuous development of our rehabilitation care

You have completed vocational training or studies related to healthcare, such as care, therapy, medicine, health management or a comparable area You bring professional experience in health care, ideally in a medical rehabilitation facility, as well as sound knowledge and practical experience in quality management with You have a qualification or Continuing Education in Quality Management, for example as Quality Management Officer (m/w/d), or are willing to acquire a still missing formal qualification in a timely manner You know instruments of process, audit, error and risk management and can use them in practice-oriented manner You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and keep track of cross-disciplinary topics You communicate binding and value-estimating and understand to win different professional groups for common quality goals
