Self-employed conceptual processing of compliance activities in WpHG and MaRisk Participation in risk analysis, annual report and audit planning Conception and implementation of audits, data analysis and evaluations Monitoring and implementation of regulatory changes in the bank, legal monitoring Development of the Internal Compliance Management System Accompanying new Fin-Tech projects in compliance Monitoring the ban on insider trading and the ban on market manipulation Advising the departments on statutory/supervisional requirements for securities business & compliance

You have experience in the fields of WpHG compliance, MaRisk compliance, revision, law, risk management, securities department or related activities at a bank or at a financial service provider or as qualified cross-comer from other industries, with intensified IT skills Knowledge of regulatory requirements (WpHG, MaComp, MiFID II, MaRisk) Home Office / hybrid work possible, Hamburg office, presence also required on site Good English and MS Office skills, especially Excel
