Regulatory reporting: Creation and timely submission of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including MMSR, Bista, LCR, ALMM, NSFR and other reports to the Bundesbank and the Audit Board. Required knowledge of specific messages such as: master data display creditors for large/mio credit displays, AWV message, balance sheet statistics / Bista, AnaCredit master data and monthly credit data, Asset Encumbrance, LE Reporting, COREP, MKR ASA (C90), FRTB and other key indicators and reports. Coordination and communication: Reporting data in cooperation with the competent internal departments. Coordination with various supervisory authorities and answering requests to submitted notifications. Cooperation with tax consultants to prepare and submit tax-relevant data. Annual accounts and disclosure report: Support in the preparation of annual accounts, including audits, management report, annex and disclosure report. Preparation of additional regulatory documents such as remuneration, bank levy, GBB rating and submission of the annual financial statements. Software and Process Management: Use of Abacus from Regnology or other reporting software for data management and reporting. Coordination with Regnology for software problems, including tracking ticket solutions. Compliance and regulatory updates: Current regulatory requirements are always in view and adapt to new regulations. Management of annual EDB notifications, LSI stress tests, deposit guarantee and other notifications under German credit law.

Knowledge of German financial regulations and reporting obligations. Experience with Abacus from Regnology or comparable reporting software. Professional experience in regulatory reporting, finance or accounting. Very good communication skills in English and German.
