You will actively work in the fields of kitchen, service and magazine, giving you a wide range of insights into the processes of a successful hotel business. You prepare cold and warm dishes, cook, cook, cook, bake, and cook with high precision and attention to detail. You are responsible for compliance with hygiene rules, especially HACCP, and ensure that all food safety standards are consistently implemented. You help create and calculate menus and learn how to make menus economically. You carry out independent tasks in the goods industry, such as the acceptance and testing of foods for quality and their professional storage. You regularly visit the vocational school to support your practical experience with theoretical knowledge.
