Grant Manager (m/f/d)

Entry into funding strategy & analysis: You support the development and development of our funding management and grow gradually into the independent analysis of investment projects. You will learn to identify, evaluate and make targeted use of suitable funding opportunities at national, federal and EU level. Support of application and funding processes: You actively participate in the entire funding process – from the submission of applications to the processing to the support in the case of proofs of use and deadline management. With increasing experience, you are increasingly taking responsibility for your own tasks and ensuring a structured and reliable execution. Participation in reporting, committee work & compliance: You support the creation of decision and committee templates as well as monitoring ongoing projects. Step by step, you take responsibility for parts of internal and external reporting and learn to ensure funding compliance in close cooperation with the specialist departments. Development in the field of consulting, network & projects: You work in the advice on funding, support the development of concepts and participate in projects. At the same time, you build your professional network within and outside the housing industry and develop yourself to the funding expert.

Your personality: Your work is structured and reliable, and at the same time you think analytic and enjoy working on complex topics. You show your own initiative, are strong in communication and are happy to work in the team without losing sight of details and deadlines. In addition, you have a very good expression of the German and English language in word and writing. You have the right to continue professionally and take responsibility. Your experience: You bring first practical experience in funding management, project work or in a comparable area – ideally related to housing, real estate management, administration or a funding-relevant environment. Basic knowledge of funding programmes at national, federal or EU level is advantageous. You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally have first contact points with reporting or administration processes. You work quickly into new systems and processes and have a good understanding of structured processes and documentation. Your education: You have completed studies in the field of administration, business management, real estate management, public management, urban and regional development or a comparable subject. Alternatively, you will bring a commercial training to the real estate or bank merchant (m/w/d) with a corresponding additional qualification or first professional experience in the funding or project environment. Your interest in specializing in the field of funding management in the housing industry is crucial and is to develop you as an expert in the long term.
