Technical Object Manager (m/f/d)

The Elbkinder Association of Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is a public company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in private legal form. With about 7,300 employees, we currently provide about 32,000 children. Depending on the location, care is carried out mainly throughout the day, either in an age-shomogenic group or in an age-mixed and time-mixed form with open or cross-division group work. In cooperation with numerous schools, the Elbkinds are also involved in the implementation of all-day education and support in primary schools (GBS). For our headquarters in Hamburg-Harvestehude we are looking for a dedicated Projektmanager (m/w/d) The job is to be filled in full time with 38.5 hours a week at the next possible time – initially limited for 2 years. The technical object manager (TOM/TFM) is responsible in coordination with the team management for the maintenance and rebuilding of the real estate including technical building equipment of the Elbkinder-Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH. The TOM/TFM independently controls the respective measure and the persons/enterprises involved (internal & external). In addition to the structural component, TOM/TFM is also responsible for compliance with the dates and manages the budget provided for this purpose for its own, demarcated area of technical building equipment under economic and sustainable considerations. .
