Check and process data for the structural assessment of roads. Completion of tender documents for earth and road construction work, including the necessary local surveys. Check and value of tenders and participation in setting up proposals. Handling of contracts awarded for structural measures, including a difficult way, including: Edit supplementary and supplementary offers, monitor and follow warranty claims. Creating draft agreements and cost allocation calculations with billing of costs. Edit and evaluate the results of the suitability and control tests and building material tests for the construction contract.

The tasks are also partly carried out with the support of engineering offices.

Your technical qualification: Officials (w/m/d) must have the ability to access the 1st entry office of category 2 of the technical services at the time of recruitment. Employees (w/m/d) must be able to prove a completed degree (Diplom (FH) or Bachelor) of the field of civil engineering or a comparable degree at the time of employment. Experiences in cooperation with engineering offices, construction companies, public authorities and other stakeholders are of advantage. Knowledge in the fields of HOAI, VOB, VgV and UVgO as well as in specialist applications (e.g. RIB iTWO) are desirable. If the knowledge is not available, the willingness to acquire it will be expected. Safe handling of MS Office programs is required.
