Consultant Service Provider Management (m/f/d)

You develop our service provider control and our outsourcing management as well as the associated control and monitoring processes: You carry out the control and monitoring of the relevant service providers (or outsourcing) on the basis of our processes in cooperation with the relevant specialist area. You create or update our documentation to service providers (or outsourcing including relocations). You support and advise our specialist departments with regard to our requirements for external services or Outsourcing. You coordinate the risk assessments to be carried out by the competent departments in the case of external services (e.g. risk analysis in the event of relocation). You carry out the reporting to the service provider control or the outsourcing management to an appropriate extent. You are central contact persons and coordinators for our customers in the field of the necessary outsourcing management. You coordinate the supervisoryly required reporting to the outsourcing client.

You have a strong understanding of business processes and have completed a degree in economics or have comparable training (e.g. bank business economist) and relevant professional experience. You have a well-founded knowledge, in particular, of the bank supervision requirements for service providers and outsourcing (e.g. MaRisk, DORA) You go to internal and external customers, work conscientiously and combine independent work with work in the team. Documentation is not a foreign word for you.
