Group Management Approvals / Project Processing (m/f/d)

In your function, you take over the technical and organizational management of a group within the department approvals and actively shape the further development of complex approval processes. Leadership of a team of 4 colleagues Planning, control, coordination and monitoring of all changes within the reconstruction (KGR) Development and implementation of approval strategies for demanding projects Implementation of approval and modification procedures taking into account relevant statutory regulations Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, authorities, experts, experts and external partners Organisation, preparation and management of specialist discussions, voting dates and supervisory visits Analysis and assessment of complex technical and regulatory issues Participation in the continuous optimization of internal processes and procedures in approval management Ensuring transparent, timely and quality-oriented project processing

Qualification: Graduated technical engineering studies, e.g. in: Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Technology, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline Knowledge and experience: Insufficient knowledge and practical experience in the area of permits and/or permits Project management Ideally professional experience in the nuclear, industrial or otherwise regulated environment knowledge of nuclear-relevant regulations (AtG, StrlSchG, StrlSchV) and conventional law (e.g. building law, water law, railway law) Experience in team management and staff management of advantage Safe handling of complex technical and legal relationships Personal competencies: Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation High quality and responsibility Analytical Strength and Ability to Prepare Complex Facts for Addresses Communication and negotiation skills in exchange with authorities, experts and internal interfaces Team orientation, reliability and strong organizational ability Impressive design willingness to continuously develop existing processes and to increase quality, efficiency and transparency sustainably Innovation joy and the ability to constructively introduce practical solutions Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
