Service Technician (m/w/d) – Safety Technology

We are looking for a service technician (m/w/d) for security technology to strengthen our team of experts. As a leading provider of security solutions, Securitas Technology offers tailor-made and innovative security solutions – from planning to installation to maintenance.

Your tasks: Technical service: You are responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of safety systems, including alarm systems (EMA), video surveillance systems (VÜA), access control systems (ZUKO) and fire detection technology (BMA) Error analysis & troubleshooting: They support our regional customers in the diagnosis and remedy of technical problems Inspections & security checks: They carry out regular inspections and verifications of safety systems to ensure their optimal functionality Customer advice: In cooperation with sales and our application, you will support our customers in technical matters Documentation: You document your work and create detailed service reports Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Take this with you: Completed training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in safety technology Knowledge of the installation and maintenance of safety systems Technical understanding and craftsmanship Class B driving licence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing High service and customer orientation as well as independent and reliable operation Willingness to participate in the standby service and regional readiness to travel
