Your tasks

• Check and analyze: You support our team in the preparation and execution of audits / revisions focusing on personnel within the companies of the Black Group
• Understanding processes: Through interviews and data analyses, you take the lived business processes under the microscope and compare them with our internal specifications
• Uncover deviations: You help identify deviations, check the effectiveness of controls and create revision reports
• Presenting results: Together with your colleagues, you present the results and suggestions for improvement of the responsible management
• Optimize: You recommend measures to improve business processes and risk mitigation

Your profile

• Studies: You have successfully completed a degree in economics
• First experiences: Ideally, you have already gained first experiences in the field of exam/revision or in a HR area
• Analytical thinking: You have fun analyzing data and processes and a good eye for details; you want to work into our data analysis tools
• Communication strength: You are communication-strong, empathic and can put yourself well into others
• Self-initiative: You work independently, carefully and independently
• Languages: You have very good German and English skills
• Ready to travel: You are ready to travel internationally (approx. 30 percent)
