As a HR Specialist, you accompany the entire Employee Life Cycle and team up with your team for smooth HR processes. You enter the entire Employee Life Cycle from entry to exit You create work contracts, contract changes, certificates and other personal documents You take administrative HR tasks, conduct digital personal files and keeps deadlines and appointments in mind You support the processing of personal measures, e.g. in connection with works council hearings You bring your own ideas and support in building and developing a shared service center and exciting HR projects

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have experience in personal administration, especially in the creation of work contracts and personal documents You work reliably, discreetly and structured and convince with your careful work You are strong in communication, team-oriented and also find solutions in challenging situations You're sure to go with Microsoft Office and have worked with Workday Depending on the type of disability, any place in our company can be suitable for a person with disabilities.
