Project teams lead: You coordinate your team through all phases of the project from planning to turnkey handover. Control project participants: You are the first contact person for our customers and control the cooperation between specialist engineers: women, after-contractors and authorities. Management projects economically: You are responsible for dates, costs and quality and meet well-founded project decisions. Subcontracting: You select suitable partners, forget building services and ensure technical execution. GOLDBECK represented: You represent GOLDBECK in a sovereign manner in the interior and exterior, create confidence and care for customer satisfaction.

You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture. Alternatively, you have a comparable technical qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in the management of complex construction projects, ideally in turn-key industrial or industrial construction You have knowledge in the fields of VOB, contracting and construction In exchange with customers, project teams and after-contractors, you communicate clearly and meet binding decisions Complex processes You organize structured, independent and with a view to the entire project
