Tasks and Activities

• They deal with incoming inquiries (inbound telephony) and answer questions on topics such as job search, job search, unemployment and application and performance.
• Finally, you clarify and process customer concerns with a medium degree of difficulty (e.g. performance information without discretion).
• You are also responsible for administrative and organizational matters, such as updating records or appointments (e.g. for a consultation).
• By processing in-depth concerns about the online channels of the Federal Employment Agency (e.g. eService, mailbox message, contact form) you contribute significantly to a smooth workflow.
• As part of the outbound telephony, they call the customers back to clarify concerns.
• They perform administrative tasks and support agencies, job centers and family funds.

Requirements

• completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector
• as an alternative, an average degree of education and an at least two-year professional experience
