Control and implementation of construction measures in reconstruction, repair and modernization Construction of construction projects in turnkey interior construction Preparation and support in the tendering and award of subcontractors Control of subcontractor services and coordination of cross-company construction Responsibility for quality, dates and costs of construction projects Support for existing and new customers Measurement and audit of construction services Processing of warranty cases

Technical training in civil engineering (graduate studies in architecture or civil engineering) Knowledge of the handling of construction measures Experience in building renovation or modernization is advantageous Safe application of VOB Structured and independent working and enforcement Communication strength and team capacity Class B driving licence, very good computer and German skills
