Your commitment to the DWD In this position, you are the central contact person for the digitalization company Dr. Wassermann Digital Solutions + Consulting GmbH (DWD), a subsidiary of the firm Holthoff-Pförtner Wassermann, and ensure the stable, secure and sustainable operation of our IT infrastructure.

You are responsible, in particular, for the DATEV environment and connected systems, driving forward the digitization and automation of our firm processes and actively shaping the technological development of the DWD.

Configuration and administration of the Microsoft-365 environment (Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID) Participation in process digitalization and further development of digital firm processes Ensuring a stable IT operation including 1st & 2nd level support and 3rd level perspective Procurement of hardware and software as well as control of external IT service providers Participation in IT security, interface and authorization concepts Web server administration Full administration and further development of the DATEV environment including connected portals, interfaces and role and rights concepts (release principle) Installation, installation and maintenance of the DATEV programs incl. Retrieval of data Administration of DATEV EO Comfort, DATEV Smart IT and DATEV companies online

Completed IT-related training or study or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience as an alternative: training as a tax specialist (optionally in combination with FAIT) or relevant professional experience in a tax advisory office Experience in web and server administration, hosting, maintenance and cyber security Technical understanding of interfaces and role and authorization concepts and interest in further process digitalization Experience in controlling external service providers Experience in configuration and administration of web servers (Linux) High service and solution orientation, structured operation, strong sense of responsibility and interest in first-level support activities Extensive interest in AI technologies, governance and safe use scenarios in the business environment and a high level of readiness to learn Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID) and DATEV systems; as an alternative (basic) identifier in the setup and application of the products of the DATEV e.G. or the willingness to seize them quickly Ideally practical experience in DATEV-related activities, e.g. in the installation of DATEV programs, the introduction of data and the management of rights in the release principle Knowledge or first experiences with DATEV EO Comfort, DATEV Smart IT (Remote jobs) and DATEV companies online are of advantage
