Controller for our Controlling Team South of the Schoen Clinics (m/f/d)

Operational Clinical Controlling: Responsibility for controlling the two locations in close coordination with the clinic management and the central hospital controlling. Analyses and reports: Creation of economic analysis, calculations, KPIs, hospital statistics and presentations. Planning and financial statements: support in economic planning and production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Budget and cost management: monitoring of cost and revenue developments and preparation and support of budget negotiations with health insurance companies.

You have a successfully completed study of health economics, business management or a comparable subject. You ideally bring first professional experience in controlling, preferably in hospital or healthcare. You have knowledge of SAP R/3, Business Warehouse, TIP-HCe or Orbis/Medico or are open to working in these systems. You like to work independently and at the same time appreciate cooperation in a dedicated and dynamic team. You show interest in professional development and actively introduce your ideas and impulses. Very good analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented manner complete their profile.
