Center Manager / Branch Manager (m/w/d) for our Plasma Center

Our headquarters is located in Langenfeld in the Rhineland. We have blood and plasma centers in Aachen, Berlin-Köpenick, Berlin-Spandau, Bochum, Cottbus, Darmstadt, Dessau, Dresden, Gießen, Hagen, Hannover, Herne, Kassel, Koblenz, Krefeld, Mannheim, Mönchengladbach, Oberhausen, Osnabrück, Paderborn and Potsdam. With around 630 employees, we are part of Swiss Octapharma AG, a market leader for drugs from blood plasma. For our donation center in Oberhausen we are looking for full time (40 hours) and unlimited: Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You are responsible for the donation center and for the staff management of up to 20 employees. You master challenges with empathy and flexibility: Confidential and strategic cooperation with your supra-regional leadership and your contacts in the central office (HR, marketing, QM, etc.) Participation in recruiting and coordination of onboarding in the donation center

Active support of marketing measures for donor advertising Control and optimization of the entire process of donation operation Co-operation in donation operation These are your working hours Your employment takes place in full time, 5 days a week during our opening hours (Mo. - Sa.). That means you work both in the early and late service, but no Sunday, holiday, or night services.

You have a completed training in the medical/commercial field or a comparable study. A medical background is not necessary You have already been able to gain leadership experience To be successful as a center management, you prove: Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation Team orientation with quick understanding and good judgement High social competence and joy in dealing with people Openness for new topics Self-employed work and fast identification with the company Real friendliness and services
