You organize the store efficiently and ensure a smooth run in the daily business. A powerful, positive and binding team culture is shaped and lived by you. You prep the direction and drive forward actively.

Sales enthuses you and it motivates you to convince customers (m/w/d) and win for products. Experience in retail or in a consulting-intensive distribution already brings you. A safe handling of numbers as well as a clear focus on results and responsibility are yours. Clarity, appreciation and liability shape your leadership style. Structure, pragmatism and solution orientation determine your way of working. Important: A background in furniture trade is not required. With experience from the car house, the kitchen distribution, the real estate industry or comparable consulting-intensive sales environments, you are also right with us.

More than fair: your annual salary is between € 60,000 and € 120,000, depending on your store size and performance. Power-oriented and without lid.
