You take over the commercial project responsibility, including project controlling for new and refurbishment measures, in close cooperation with the respective technical project managers and the department management. You act as an interface between customers and contractors in terms of the commercial aspects in the planning dialogue for project design and regular updating. You work closely with purchasing to ensure an optimal procurement strategy You are responsible for controlling and reporting during the planning and implementation phase and you will follow the project objectives in terms of costs, dates and qualities. You are responsible for the refinancing management within the projects and are a contact person within the BLB NRW You process change management incl. Coordination and refinancing agreement after consultation with technical project responsibility You are responsible for the project's medium-flow planning and control and contribute to project-related risk management.

You have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Economics or a comparable discipline.

Further requirements:

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
