You support the Transit Terminal Manager in the professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees and take over this task independently in its representation. You actively participate in the further development of employees and carry out development measures in cooperation with the Transit Terminal Manager. You support the establishment of a sustainable management organisation and use instruments of continuous improvement to optimize quality and productivity - in the representation of the manager, You are also responsible. You monitor the relevant KPIs in the envelope camp (budget, cost, result, quality and productivity) and initiate appropriate measures in coordination with the manager or in his representation. You contribute to the creation and implementation of the area strategy and take over the operational implementation in the representation of the manager. You take responsibility for tools and equipment in the Transit Terminal and ensure their proper use in deputy function. You support and ensure the implementation of all health and safety measures.

You have completed commercial training ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable out- and/or Training. You also bring relevant experience in the operational storage area. You have a strong organizational talent and operational strength and have already gained experience in personnel management. You work reliably, structured and solution-oriented and support the manager in operational and organizational tasks. You convince by team capacity, communication strength and a safe occurrence, especially in daily exchange with employees, drivers and internal interfaces. You have good IT basic knowledge, especially in dealing with MS Office.
