We, the worldwide transport logistics, organize the worldwide transport flows of Mercedes-Benz AG with the aim of optimized transport networks. For the purpose of a cross-sectional function, we are in the team on the outbound side responsible for ensuring that our vehicles arrive in perfect quality with our customers. In addition, we are responsible for the performance control and procurement and accounting management of freight and logistic services. Design effective processes and communicate with international partners in a motivated team. These challenges include: Management and methodological and strategic further development of our QEM network (quality-maintaining measures of vehicles in transport)

Operational planning and coordination of auditors in the context of audit management as well as follow-up of operations

Tracking and action management for specific vehicles

Clearing of invoices and coordination of internal and external partners

Performance analyses for the evaluation and further development of service partners

Support for operational operations such as loading tests and auditing

Creation of reports and policy templates for management bodies

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in Business Administration or a comparable degree course, ideally with focus on logistics and controlling

Routinized handling of MS-Office, especially Excel

Experience with SAP, especially S/4 Hana, especially the SD and FI modules desirable

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working
