Graduated academic studies in civil engineering with a focus on civil engineering or equivalent qualification Multiannual professional experience in the planning, control and implementation of civil engineering or infrastructure projects Experience in the management of employees and in the control of organisational and economic processes Very good knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant technical regulations of road and civil engineering Experience in the award and control of external planning and construction services Experience in local administration and knowledge of budgetary law are desirable
