You are responsible for the handling of difficult cases from the team with the focus on membership and support your team members in the independent processing of difficult cases. You analyse complex information and relationships and develop individual solutions compliant with the rules and regulations. You can provide advice to our customers and provide telephone information if necessary. You take over the professional support and coaching of the team members as well as the assignment of new team members. You are responsible for the implementation of training measures for technical innovations. You take over the technical representation of the team management.

You have relevant vocational training or knowledge acquired on the basis of equivalent activities and experience. You have expertise in aid law or have the ability and willingness to acquire them. You have good PC skills. A careful and independent procedure is of course for you. Team skills and performance round off your profile.
