Take responsibility for the safe use of all CGM Cloud Services and be the key to excellent product development in our company. Your expertise is crucial to the success of our cloud solutions, and you are actively contributing to improving user experience.

Voice the requirements and needs with your CGM colleagues (m/w/d) and develop a clear and inspiring vision for CGM identity management. Your ability to combine different perspectives creates the basis for innovative product solutions.

Conduct the combination, care and prioritization of the requirements in the Product Backlog. Your organizational competence ensures that the most relevant features and developments are first addressed, increasing the value and efficiency of our projects.

Keep up to date on the latest developments and publications by working closely with our technical experts (m/w/d) and team leaders (m/w/d). Your proactive communication and the desire to share knowledge promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

That's what you bring: Long-standing, excellent experience as a product manager or product owner, preferably in a dynamic and agile environment, as well as significant contributions to the successful development of innovative software products.

A deep understanding of the needs of users and stakeholders makes it possible to develop visionary product strategies, guarantee market success and create real added value at the same time. Ability to combine long-term goals with pragmatic solutions.

Professional expertise in prioritization at the highest level – even in challenging situations. Impressed organizational talent and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.

Clear and targeted communication. Ability to prepare complex technical concepts in a comprehensible manner and to work together convincingly with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Funded knowledge in software development and architecture, as well as the ability to quickly capture technical concepts and integrate them into product development to ensure innovative and scalable solutions
