Head Kita am Seepark In the inclusive Kita am Seepark, up to 95 children are accompanied educationally from one year to the school entrance. You run the 6-group including Kita at the Seepark for children from one year to school with currently 27 employees. Together with the team you shape the development of the facility taking into account the peculiarities of the district. You control personnel and team development as well as the training of educational professionals. Your further tasks include the design of cooperation with parents.

You are a state-recognized educatorin, state-recognizedin childhood education or you have a different qualification according to § 7(6)(l) You have professional experience as a pedagogical specialist. You have already gained first management experience and at best bring knowledge of the infans concept of early education and the implementation of open work. You can convince us by your high sense of responsibility, safe occurrence, your communication strength and your strong ability to lead a team.
