Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer

Description At Motel One, you can support our People & Culture team in a wide range of labour law topics – from hotel accommodation to the implementation of European guidelines. Your tasks You work 12–20 hours a week independently on tasks relating to labour law. You support administrative and legal processes in connection with hotel acquisitions (e.g. operating transfers according to § 613a BGB). You are researching current labour law issues and preparing the results in a comprehensible way. You will find information materials and training documents for Hotel Manager on labour law topics. You participate in the revision and updating of work contract documents and model templates. You analyze labor-related problematic processes and support the development of solutions. You accompany the implementation of new processes and projects – e.g. the implementation of EU directives and their derivation for Motel One. You support in the processing of incoming complaints – from forwarding to the relevant hotel managers to follow-up of comparisons and structured documentation of the results.

You are studying law or a related degree and want to gain practical experience in labour law? You are in the study of law or in the Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Law or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on labour law. First practical experience in the legal environment – e.g. through internships in a law firm or working student activities in a legal or HR field – are of advantage, but no need. You have an interest in practical labour law and pleasure in making legal matters understandable. You work structured, carefully and independently – even with ongoing tasks, you keep an overview. You bring very good German knowledge in word and writing; English skills are of advantage. You are safe in handling MS Office programs (especially Word and PowerPoint). You are a team player and communicate clearly and professionally – even with non-juristic target groups such as hotel managers. .
