What you do with us: As part of our agile product team, you help us shape the transition to a new BI world. Even if our current BI system is soon replaced, there are still important adjustments and optimizations in the existing system landscape where you can actively participate. These challenges include: Actively shape monthly and quarterly accounts: You support us in carrying out operational process control checks to ensure the quality and correctness of our monthly and quarterly accounts. Data analysis and optimization: You analyze deviations, identify causes and perform proactive corrective measures to continuously improve our processes. Quality assurance of BI systems: By performing professional tests, you verify the implemented requirements of new developments in our business intelligence (BI) systems and ensure that our solutions meet the highest quality standards. End-to-end validation: You accompany the validation of BI product increments in the integration and production environment and are significantly involved in the entire test methodology – from development to successful go-live. Additional tasks: Depending on personal interests, we also like to offer tasks, such as support in data modeling and integration.

Ideally, you bring the following: Bachelor in Business Informatics or a comparable degree programme High numerical and data affinity as well as pronounced analytical thinking Interest in data analysis, business intelligence and agile working methods Practical experience in using business intelligence systems (e.g. SAP-BW, SAP-BW Analysis Process Designer, SAP-BA, MS Power BI, etc.) Very good knowledge in the SAP environment (e.g. SAP-FI, SAP-CMS, SAP-Default, etc.) Practical experience in at least one data science-related programming language (e.g. Python) Practical experience in dealing with database structures and languages (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, MS SQL) Experience in banking and Financial services environment of advantage Experience in project work and with agile working methods of advantage knowledge of the system and product landscape of the Mercedes-Benz Bank High interest in sustainably improving existing processes and processes with AI Experience in work with high self-responsibility and diverse, partly contradictory requirements Hands-on mentality and problem solving capability Customer orientation and pronounced service minimum set We offer you more than just an employment relationship.
