Recruiter – Focus on International Recruiting (m/f/d)

Recruiting of international experts and executives for different business areas via relevant and controlled channels

Responsible implementation and further development of the global recruiting and employer branding strategy

Proactive search and direct address of potential candidates as well as global networking through various social media platforms, online portals and events

Development of global search strategies and implementation of various sourcing methods to find the right talents

Viewing of the application documents, pre-selection of applicants as well as organizing and leading interviews

coordination of processes and tender profiles with international and national disciplines, in particular with regard to applicant requirements, taking into account cultural and legal differences

Creating attractive recruiting content in the appropriate channels for our target groups

Supporting the onboarding process for new employees

A completed study in the field of human resources management or communication sciences or a comparable completed commercial training focusing on personnel

at least 5 years of professional practice in international recruitment as well as detectable application successes in Active Sourcing and Social Recruiting

Experience gained in dealing with modern recruiting instruments in an international environment as well as the proactive candidate response at different management levels

Good knowledge of the use of professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing Talent Manager) and other sourcing tools

Very good English skills in word and writing

Good understanding of technical and digital trends in recruiting

Self-working and excellent communication and team skills

Creativity to also go new ways and find individual solutions
