Administrator / Coordinator Warehouse / Logistics – Truck Traffic (m/f/d)

For our location Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin we are looking for you as: Administrator / Coordinator Warehouse / Logistics – Truck Transport (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Operational Court Logistics Central control: coordination of the entire truck traffic on the factory premises and monitoring of loading and unloading processes. Check-in & documentation: handling of driver and vehicle applications including the creation of necessary transport documents and seals. Quality assurance: performance of safety checks for cargo and damage testing as well as final release of vehicles. Interface management: Close coordination with the Inbound and Outbound departments to synchronize day planning. Reporting and Process Optimization Performance Monitoring: Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards and KPI analyses for goods receipt, goods exit and inventory. Data-based advice: support of management and team leaders through sound data analysis from the IT systems. Error analysis & optimization: Identification of process deviations, implementation of causes analyses and development of concrete suggestions for improvement. Communication: Professional processing of internal and external customer requests with regard to logistical key figures.

Qualification: Complete studies with a focus on logistics, such as logistics management, supply chain management, or comparable training in the field of warehouse logistics. Professional experience: knowledge of the coordination of truck traffic as well as in complex logistical processes. IT competence: Secure handling of MS Office (especially very good Excel skills); Experience with WMS systems is advantageous. Analyzing & Working: Embossed numerical understanding, analytical thinking as well as a structured, independent and responsible way of working. Communication: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; Polish knowledge is a plus. Soft Skills & Flexibility: Very good coordination, team spirit and willingness to work in the layer system.
