You are responsible for the development of new products in line with marketing, private Lable, export, raw coffee purchase and the other Melitta Group divisions

Building and maintaining a benchmarking portfolio of all relevant domestic and foreign markets are parts of your task

You are the first contact person to all raw and roasted coffee specific questions such as taste profiles, declarations and price constellations for all business sectors of the group

You are working on cross-sector projects of raw and roasted coffee-specific decisions with

You ensure the quality of finished goods and raw materials by sensory testing

You will begin precalculations for the roast coffee recipes for the respective stakeholders

You test and analyze all relevant markets in terms of cup quality and competitiveness and drive the development of the reporting system

You take over blend management in terms of cup quality and cost-effectiveness by using all production and procurement options in line with the raw coffee purchase, QM and production

You have a completed economic study or a comparable training

You have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of raw coffee cultivation, raw coffee purchase, raw coffee processing and/or roast coffee production

We presuppose detailed knowledge of all coffee-specific quality assurance measures

Experience in the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects is beneficial to you

Embossed sensory skills, as well as knowledge in cost calculation are of course for you

You convince us with your advanced user skills in SAP and MS Office

You are a communicative and customer-oriented team player with strength and willingness to change
