How to start with us As an apprentice:r Kauffrau/-mann für Hotelmanagement (m/w/d) you will not only get to know our hotel from the operational perspective, but also understand the economic context behind it. You develop a sense of numbers, processes and decisions – and thus lay the foundation for a career in hotel management.

This awaits you in your training • Commercial focus & general understanding You work in areas such as reservation, purchasing, accounting and marketing and develop an understanding of how a hotel is economically controlled and successfully positioned on the market • Insights & connections You will also get to know and understand operational areas such as housekeeping, service and reception, how all departments interact • Planning, taxes & commemorative You take on first organizational and commercial tasks and develop a sense of processes, costs and processes • Responsibility & development You bring your own ideas, take responsibility step by step and find out what area you want to develop
