For our Frankfurt am Main site we are looking for you as: HR Payroll Specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Own-responsible charge billing: You complete the wage and salary billing and are responsible for master data management in SAP taking into account local regulations. Expert advice: You are a competent person for employees and executives in all tax, social insurance and labour law issues. Authorisation and reporting: You control communication with offices, social security institutions and health insurance companies and carry out all certification. Reporting & statistics: You set up ad hoc evaluations as well as regular personnel statistics and prepare key figures for decision-making. Annual Accounting & Compliance: You process provisions, heavy-handed tax and BG notifications and ensure compliance with global and local work instructions.

Qualification: completed commercial training with long-standing well-founded professional experience in pay billing or personnel management. Knowledge: Deep knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law. IT competence: Secure user transition with SAP HR as well as reused use of the MS Office panel. Operation: A self-responsive, precise and structured procedure coupled with high reliability. Personality: team orientation, flexibility in terms of task and proactive readiness.
