Management and organisation: Responsibility for customer service and office management as well as management of daily business Interface management: close cooperation with sales, customer service and production to ensure smooth operations Customer Communication: Main Contact Partner (m/w/d) for Customers with Questions, Dates and Escalations Process optimization: further development and digitization of office management and customer service processes Team leadership: technical leadership and further development of the team Operational tasks: order processing, master data maintenance, time tracking, documentation and audit

Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a further education or a study in the field of business / technology Technical knowledge and the ability to interpret drawings are required Experience in office management, customer service or purchasing, ideally with leadership responsibility Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Communication strength, organizational skills and independent working methods English skills desirable, but not obligatory
